Where to buy property in Nice

Place Massena
At first glance the different quartiers of central Nice may seem confusing, but in fact this sunny seaside city is incredibly compact. The city radiates out from Place Massena, the central pedestrian-only square that features the epicentre of Nice’s tramway and the Galeries Lafayette department store.

The atmospheric Old Town and the chic Carré d’Or snuggle up on either side of Place Massena. The historic Port area and the upscale residential district Musiciens abut the Old Town and Carré d’Or respectively. The Promenade des Anglais runs along the beach all the way from Nice airport to the Port.
