Five Nice property sales staff in one central office
Our biggest asset is our staff. We have decades of combined experience in selling property in Nice and we hope to help you find your perfect Nice apartment or villa soon. Whether for investment, pleasure or perhaps a bit of both, please contact our team and let us guide you to your perfect property in Nice.
Matthew Roberts-Director
Matthew has ten years experience of property and has undertaken dozens of renovations in France and the UK. He is the co-owner of Nice Pebbles and Riviera Pebbles, our property rental subsidiaries. Matt’s experience in the sales and lettings market helps clients to seek out the best investment buys at any given time. He can also advise buyers on what buyers can do to transform a tired property for maximum rental return.
Gayle Roberts-Director
Like Matthew, Gayle has experience of renovations and can advise on where and what to buy for the maximum rental return. As co-owner of Nice Pebbles and Riviera Pebbles, the leading holiday rental agencies in Nice, she can show you figures and spreadsheets to back up what works and what doesn’t when choosing a holiday home with investment potential. Gayle also turn her designer’s eye to interiors, and can advise how to decorate your new purchase in style.
Rachael Farmer-Sales Negotiator
Rachael’s formal introduction into the world of real estate came as the manager of a property newspaper in the UK. She later went on to become editor of a homes and interiors magazine, which specialised in British and overseas property. It was here where she met her fiancé, Mark, whilst interviewing him for the publication. In 2008, she and Mark made the definitive move to the South of France, a hitherto favourite holiday spot. Rachael also manages Nice Pebbles’ marketing agenda.
Maria Petrova-Sales Administrator
Nice became Maria’s second home in 2007. After a successful three-years’ experience in the hotel and tourism industry she moved into the property market. Fortunately for our clients, she’s still bursting with tips on the Riviera’s best restaurants, museums and sights. Maria loves meeting new people and establishing long-term professional contacts. Originally from Latvia, she speaks fluent Russian, French and English.
